Steven J. Young

Steve grew up on a fourth generation cattle farm in rural Kentucky. From just a young boy, he was engrained with the importance of honesty, integrity, and lessons in life to build character.

His grandfather taught him to earn respect, not demand it.  Steve's father inspired him to always speak sincerely with first hand knowledge and people will listen.  His destiny was set, a book not yet written, real life experience yet to be lived.

As an adult, Steve successfully conceived and created a nationwide Executive Search Firm in 1986 that still operates today. His motivation was; placing professionals in new positions and improving their lives. Due to his success, he was invited to speak at national seminars, colleges, high schools and civic gatherings.

In 2000, his lifetime passion for horses was elevated to start his second business. It grew and became one of the largest privately owned Equine Eventing and Training facilities in Kentucky. His equine knowledge and tourism development experience was both admired and sought after from many groups, where he again was asked to speak publically.

The tourism response became overwhelming and Steve was rewarded and commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel by the Governor of Kentucky.

A new challenge was urged from friends because of his speaking voice.  Once again he pushed himself forward. Steve became a part time professional Voiceover Recording Artist for TV / Radio commercials and Industry Training Videos. Life was good, but a new stage began to unfold, his life was about to change forever.

Due to an unanticipated divorce, Steve regretably closed his Equine facility and began seeking real answers to guide his new life.  He found gifts hidden within him, talents and abilities never before utilized. His faith has guided him to a new path he was destined to follow. 

 Steve's destiny was changed forever. He has written a book titled, "Changed Destiny". Now an  Author and Motivational Speaker, his purpose is very clear. His passion to reach out to those who seek answers is very focused and meaningful.

Unknowingly, public speaking experiences in years past were the training ground for the future. Today motivational speeches and seminars allow him to reach out and inspire his audience with a new found drive and determination to pursue their passion. 

His words will shake you to your core; his voice will inspire and keep your attention. Steve has a purpose, a mission to help others find their way to a happier and more fulfilling life. He will lead you to overcome whatever obstacle life throws your way, and motivate you to find your destiny.
